If you log on to SAS Strategy Management Builder, you might see two sets of Predefined Templates folders and two sets of User-defined Templates folders, but no Projects are displayed.
You might also encounter the following error:
In addition, SASStrategyManagement5.5.log, which is typically located in a folder similar to drive:\SAS\config\Lev1\Web\Logs, includes the following error:
ERROR [] org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost]. [/SASStrategyManagement].[jsp] - Servlet.service() for servlet jsp threw exception com.sas.framework.config.ApplicationNotFoundException: Application 'Help Viewer for Midtier App 9.3' does not exist. Is it appropriately registered for the underlying data implementation?
This problem can occur if Display Quick Help Tips has been enabled in SAS® Management Console.
To determine whether this is the cause of the problem referenced above:
After you make the change above and restart the SAS Strategy Management web application server, when you log on to SAS Strategy Management, you should see one Predefined Templates folder and one User-defined Templates folder. If you select a Template, you should see any associated Projects.
